What you'll do

• Perform vehicle maintenance and light repairs
• plan workflow with the manager
• coordinate with the Parts Department
• complete assignments to pass quality inspections or test drives
• road-test vehicles
• notify the Service Advisor of recommended additional work
• assist Service Advisors with repair explanations when needed
• maintain a professional image and clean work area
• meet productivity and quality goals
• obtain and maintain Ford Technician certifications as stated in the posting.
