What you'll do

• Manage the prospect-to-lease journey across assigned managed and new-development properties
• conduct tours and follow up with prospects
• maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, comparable properties, and positioning
• share market information with the team
• keep CRM records and leasing files accurate
• and coordinate move-ins with property management. Requires an active Colorado real estate license and one to two or more years of leasing experience.
