What you'll do

• Repair circuit boards
• assist with designing and building jigs
• communicate repair timelines
• manage inventory and assigned workloads
• help develop board-repair procedures
• assist walk-in customers
• log customer boards, enter work tickets, convert tickets to sales orders, and process return shipments
• troubleshoot and calibrate measurement devices onsite when needed
• replace surface-mount and through-hole components
• read electrical schematics.
