What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health-information requests under company and facility policies
• safeguard confidential information
• maintain knowledge of company and facility software
• manage patient health records
• assemble accurate and complete charts
• create digital images of paperwork
• retrieve and transmit records appropriately
• answer inbound and outbound calls
• meet site productivity expectations
• may assist with walk-ins, administrative tasks, and pickup scheduling.
