Operations Manager, Environmental Services

What you'll do

• Establish and annually review staff standards and work procedures
• plan work and staffing schedules and work areas
• assist with interviewing, hiring, and training associates
• orient, develop, and supervise supervisory and housekeeping staff
• conduct inspections and make recommendations
• report goals, accomplishments, and future plans monthly
• provide staff education and ongoing training
• communicate with staff, administration, and other departments
• coordinate outside services including pest control, window cleaning, medical and solid waste, document destruction, and recycling.
