What you'll do

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information
• build rapport and advise customers on manufacturer-recommended vehicle care
• prepare accurate repair estimates
• communicate repair completion timing with customers and technicians
• answer service calls and schedule appointments
• conduct customer follow-up
• follow manufacturer warranty procedures
• comply with laws and company policies for safeguarding customer, company, and manufacturer information and property.
