The Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) role is onsite in Kirkland, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule of approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $27–$31 per hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The physician-led outpatient practice emphasizes preventative health, wellness, and continuity of care. The MA-C supports physicians and patients through hands-on clinical assistance, phlebotomy, specimen processing, medication coordination, and appointment support. The role helps maintain accurate records and a consistent patient experience in a small collaborative clinic.

What you'll do

• Obtain patient vitals and prepare patients for visits
• perform blood draws and assist with laboratory specimen processing
• support physicians during patient care and follow-up
• assist with medication-start visits and patient education
• prepare test results, records, and documentation for physician review
• coordinate prescription refills and appointments
• communicate with patients
• maintain medication and clinical supply inventory
• troubleshoot laboratory and specimen issues with outside partners
• maintain clinical documentation and support clinic compliance.
