What you'll do

• Manage engineers delivering fiber access and optical transport work
• oversee team performance, utilization, project margins, schedules, and quality
• conduct personnel management and development
• lead network strategy and design
• oversee technical specifications, bills of materials, and designs
• review and approve deliverables
• serve as a senior technical resource on client projects
• advise clients
• coordinate staffing and technical standards
• manage escalations.
