Outbound Sales Development Representative – Point of Sale

The Outbound Sales Development Representative – Point of Sale role is onsite in Myrtle Point, OR; compensation is not specified. The role supports Wix’s Point of Sale sales team and its account executives. The representative develops sales-ready opportunities by prospecting and qualifying small and medium-sized businesses that are not currently using Wix. Through outreach, product education, and collaboration with sales, product, and marketing colleagues, the role helps build the POS pipeline and meet sales activity and referral goals.

What you'll do

• Set meetings for the outbound POS sales team
• manage outbound lead flows
• prospect, educate, and qualify leads
• collaborate with account executives, product development, and marketing on target accounts, call strategies, and messaging
• engage prospects by phone, email, and social media
• maintain POS product knowledge and awareness of retail trends, payment technologies, and competitors
• meet call, email, meeting, referral, and sales targets.
