Compensation is $0 per year. The Industrial Security Specialist, Mid-Level role is onsite in Arlington, VA; The opportunity is in the proposal phase and is expected to be awarded in early 2027. ProSync is a defense contracting company supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. The specialist administers industrial security programs and compliance processes to protect classified information, personnel, facilities, and government programs. The role supports mission success through security documentation, access management, inspections, incident response, training, and coordination with government and program stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Administer industrial security programs under NISP requirements and government directives
• maintain facility clearance documentation, personnel access records, and classified holdings
• process visit and access requests, clearance actions, indoctrinations, and debriefings
• conduct reviews, self-inspections, audits, and compliance assessments
• support protection and handling of classified information
• coordinate with government customers, FSOs, program managers, and security stakeholders
• document incidents and corrective actions
• maintain procedures and program documentation
• prepare reports and briefings
• support security awareness and training
• provide guidance on classified information handling.
