What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate acquisition agreements, equity documents, and related materials
• manage due diligence and identify legal and business issues
• assist with private equity acquisitions, dispositions, and other M&A transactions
• coordinate transaction teams and deal execution through closing
• support portfolio company acquisitions, financings, dispositions, and corporate matters
• collaborate with specialist legal teams
• manage timelines and closing processes
• supervise and mentor junior associates
• communicate with clients and deal stakeholders.
