Commercial HVAC Installer — Retrofit Project

The Commercial HVAC Installer works onsite in Fort Collins, CO, with the described upcoming retrofit project in Aspen, CO. Pay is $25–$42 per hour. The work upgrades existing commercial building systems to improve energy efficiency, meet code requirements, and improve performance. The installer removes and replaces heating and cooling equipment, installs modern HVAC systems and controls, and works with the crew and customers to complete retrofit work safely and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Remove and replace commercial furnaces, air conditioners, chillers, and rooftop package units
• install VAV and VRF equipment and building controls
• run low-voltage control wiring and complete rough-in work
• assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation as needed
• follow applicable codes and regulations
• communicate with customers onsite
• coordinate with crew members to keep projects on schedule.
