Memory Care Resident Caregiver — 11 PM–7 AM

The Memory Care Resident Caregiver role is onsite in Moseley, VA, with pay of $16–$19 per hour. The position is full time, 11 PM–7 AM, including every other weekend. Watercrest Richmond’s Memory Care neighborhood supports residents through day-to-day care and collaboration with dining and community programming. The caregiver assists residents with personal care, daily activities, and engagement while supporting independence and personal choice. The role also helps maintain a safe, clean environment, monitors residents, responds to emergency calls, and reports changes in condition to the appropriate director.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care, activities of daily living, and activities
• complete assigned housekeeping and laundry
• escort residents to programs and participate in programming as scheduled or needed
• respond to emergency calls
• check residents every two hours or as required
• report changes in condition and hazards
• maintain infection control and resident confidentiality.

Why this role
