What you'll do

• Maintain program status and progress information
• respond to internal and external queries
• support data and affordability research, cost-benefit studies, reports, and fiscal projections
• prepare program review documentation and briefings
• maintain integrated contract files
• adapt templates and forms for procurement packages
• coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, attendance, and materials
• maintain accurate and timely data in Excel and SharePoint
• schedule meetings, document notes, and prepare read-ahead materials.
