What you'll do

• Welcome and room patients
• verify identity and collect demographic and health information
• document vital signs and histories
• prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• assist providers with routine women’s health examinations and procedures
• observe and report changes in condition
• provide and reinforce patient education as directed
• prepare rooms and supplies
• assist with minor office procedures
• collect and prepare specimens
• document tests and specimen collection
• clean and disinfect rooms and equipment
• monitor medical supplies.
