What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day shipping operations while participating in fulfillment
• coordinate workload distribution and labor priorities
• pack, process, ship, and audit shipments
• monitor carrier pickups and ensure shipments are tendered on time
• train and onboard Shipping Associates
• serve as a first point of contact for operational questions
• conduct quality audits and compliance checks
• communicate updates and risks to leadership
• maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment
• support peak-season planning.
