Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. Compensation is $32.00 per hour. The position supports maintenance and resident experience at a Redstone Residential community. The role exists to maintain the property’s condition and value while ensuring resident maintenance issues are resolved efficiently. It oversees apartment turnovers, supports repairs and grounds upkeep, and communicates issues requiring further attention to the Community Manager.

What you'll do

• Maintain community grounds and buildings
• assist with repairs and general maintenance
• prepare apartments for new residents
• oversee apartment turnovers
• communicate maintenance or curb-appeal issues to the Community Manager
• respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures
• support resident satisfaction through customer service and teamwork.

Why this role
