Concession Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day concession stand operations
• maintain inventory and order supplies
• recruit, hire, train, and coach staff with the General Manager
• create staff schedules
• enforce food safety and sanitation standards
• respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• collaborate on promotions
• inspect stands for cleanliness and safety
• prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports
• support concession operations as directed.
