What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly craft, field labor, and construction operations roles
• source and screen candidates
• coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, verification, and onboarding
• maintain ATS records and pipelines
• recruit for multiple projects and mobilize field crews
• develop strategies for remote and hard-to-staff locations
• conduct hiring events and outreach
• visit project sites
• forecast labor needs with field leadership
• build community and trade-school relationships
• support recruiting marketing and employer branding.
