What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to the menu program, nutritional requirements, and special-diet procedures
• follow safe food-handling practices and maintain food temperatures and time controls
• store and date food appropriately
• maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
• circulate in the dining room to check resident preferences and satisfaction
• and support staff training and department operations.
