What you'll do

• Verify data and complete state forms
• disburse taxes and fees and submit forms to the state
• process new and pre-owned registrations and title transfers
• prepare title envelopes and follow up on incoming titles
• reconcile tax, title, license, lien payoff, and inventory schedules
• process trade-in and floor-plan payoffs
• verify Finance and Insurance data
• maintain error logs
• process rebates
• attend weekly department meetings.
