What you'll do

• Provide confidential, compliant clinical nursing care

• collaborate with patients on goals and interventions
• educate patients and families
• liaise between medical and behavioral health staff
• document care in the EHR
• participate in multidisciplinary teams
• maintain direct-care skills
• may supervise nurses and care coordination staff.
