This role advances volunteer recruitment and recognition, coordinates projects and training, tracks volunteer participation, and works with park leaders and community organizations to support effective volunteer involvement.

• Recruit, screen, select, orient, and train volunteers
• coordinate volunteer projects and partnerships
• assign volunteers based on skills and needs
• evaluate programs and staff integration
• track volunteer hours and report data
• maintain volunteer communications, policies, and strategic recruitment and rewards plans.
