What you'll do

• Pack trays to customer specifications
• assemble trays according to supervisor and lead instructions
• weigh trays accurately and place them using first-in, first-out procedures
• check quality before bagging
• zero scales before weighing
• sanitize workstations and utensils
• follow good manufacturing practices
• report product or process discrepancies.
