What you'll do

• Develop, outline, format, and produce program and end-user documentation, including tutorials, user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and reference manuals
• gather and document staff feedback on drafts
• incorporate user-requested changes as directed by the supervisor
• produce video tutorials as requested by the program area and in accordance with TCEQ, DIR, and W3C specifications and standards.
