Failure Analysis Test Technician

Job overview

The Failure Analysis Test Technician role is onsite in Mount Pleasant, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., plus overtime. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Intervala’s Quality, Engineering, and Customer Support teams through product failure analysis and documentation.

What you'll do

• Evaluate returned products, reproduce reported failures, conduct stress testing and component-level diagnostics, and troubleshoot malfunctions. Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment
• document results and rework
• prepare root-cause reports and recommended corrective actions
• and support quality investigations and continuous improvement.
