What you'll do

• Ensure machine setup and line-speed metrics
• monitor production equipment performance
• assist maintenance personnel with repairs and projects
• communicate with and train Machine Operators on packaging equipment
• assemble and disassemble equipment for repairs, changeovers, and cleanouts
• document repairs and adjustments
• request parts and equipment with the Maintenance Coordinator
• perform basic planned and unplanned maintenance
• follow company, FDA, SQF, and GMP food-safety procedures
• report food-safety and quality concerns.
