Part-Time Maintenance Technician

The Part-Time Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Winooski, VT. Pay is $22 per hour. What you'll do

• Maintain clean and properly maintained grounds and buildings
• assist with basic repairs and general maintenance
• keep common areas safe, tidy, and sanitary
• remove trash and debris
• maintain landscaping and water flowers
• prepare apartments for new residents and oversee turnovers
• report maintenance or curb-appeal issues
• respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures.
