What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and menu plans
• follow direction from the Dietary Supervisor
• comply with dietary policies, procedures, and sanitation regulations
• maintain a clean, safe, organized kitchen
• handle, store, and portion food properly
• support timely meal service.
