• Build and develop a team of test engineers and technicians
• set priorities and allocate resources
• define validation strategy, test specifications, schedules, and production test profiles
• maintain test infrastructure and laboratory operations
• establish test methods and standards
• lead cross-functional validation
• review results and drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
