What you'll do

• Partner with leadership to identify training needs
• assess assistants and credentialed technicians through observation and immersion
• implement training programs and the Cultivate program
• mentor staff on the floor
• organize peer training
• collaborate with nursing managers and professional networks
• develop presentations, videos, simulations, and assessments
• evaluate and improve leveling programs.
