Powder Manufacturing Operator is an onsite role in Willoughby, OH, paying $26 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, first shift, 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Fusion’s Plant 2 Powder Operations produces filler metals used in its soldering and brazing pastes. The operator manufactures, processes, blends, and controls inventory of filler metals. The work supports the paste production stream by preparing alloy powders to work-order specifications while maintaining accurate records, product quality, and safe operations.

What you'll do

• Weigh alloy melt charges
• set up atomizing furnaces and tanks
• melt and atomize alloys to specifications
• record run parameters
• unload and screen powder
• weigh, screen, blend, stage, label, and store powder
• complete work-order and inventory transactions
• maintain equipment and housekeeping
• follow HSE and quality procedures and wear required PPE.
