What you'll do
- Assist passengers on and off vehicles.
- Ensure engagement of passenger securements.
- Maintain order on the vehicle.
- Act as liaison between client agency and operations staff.
- Communicate problems or situations.
- Assist operator in emergencies.
- Diffuse difficult situations.
- Ensure safe and clean vehicle condition.
- Communicate with dispatch via two-way radio.
- Assist operators with navigation.
