What you'll do

• Recruit and vet creators
• manage the affiliate funnel and sample requests
• onboard, support, and reactivate creators in English and Spanish
• build relationships with Star/VIP partners
• review creator content and provide feedback
• coordinate briefs, product pushes, and Target Collabs
• track weekly creator and product performance and recommend what to scale, maintain, re-engage, or deprioritize
• support creator communities on Discord and Spanish-language chat.
