What you'll do

• Provide clinical counseling, including group therapy and potentially individual and family therapy
• provide crisis intervention as needed
• complete assessments and reports, including pre-admission, admission, trauma, suicide, and substance abuse assessments
• formulate and administer treatment plans
• participate in patient meetings and appointments
• collaborate with internal and external partners
• ensure service authorizations
• prepare insurance reviews
• assist in SCM restraints as needed.
