• Lead bid development for U.S. P3 investment opportunities
• coordinate review and negotiation of concession, design and construction, financing, and shareholder agreements
• facilitate project and investment proposals and approvals
• prepare board materials and presentations
• liaise with clients, partners, financiers, and advisors.
