What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of subrogation files
• conduct pre-suit investigations and litigation through trial
• work with the Lead Attorney on experts, notices, inspections, and litigation
• prepare appeals and legal research
• negotiate settlements with required authority
• advise the Subrogation Claims department
• report large-loss cases
• direct paralegals and other staff in document production and file management.
