What you'll do

• Write and review grant applications and proposals
• compile and submit funding documents
• coordinate grant oversight with finance and external parties
• manage compliance and reporting for grants and programs
• maintain a funder database and provide monthly summaries to the CEO
• identify funding opportunities with leadership
• cultivate philanthropic relationships
• maintain the organization's funding plan, budgets, work plans, and reports
• supervise grants and development staff.
