What you'll do

• Support the new-home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing
• guide prospective buyers through community tours, home features, and the homebuying journey
• assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction, loan, and closing activities
• build relationships with real estate agents and prospects
• support marketing and lead generation
• monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition.
