Senior IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Provide employee technology support and own requests through resolution or escalation
• troubleshoot Windows devices, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, conference-room technology, and business applications
• support Microsoft 365
• prepare and configure devices and assist with onboarding and offboarding
• support Intune enrollment, compliance, patching, and software deployment
• maintain hardware inventory and asset records
• troubleshoot basic network connectivity
• escalate potential security incidents
• document recurring support tasks and contribute to process improvement.
