What you'll do

• Track commercial loan pipelines, maturities, uninsured items, and past-due reports
• collect and organize borrower documentation
• maintain loan-processing system records
• order searches, appraisals, and flood certifications when required
• coordinate closings and disbursements
• review funded loans and obtain post-closing documents
• track outstanding collateral and exceptions
• communicate status and respond to client requests
• support approximately 2–3 lenders
• follow compliance, security, fraud-prevention, and customer-asset protection requirements.
