What you'll do

• Maintain grounds and keep walkways and drives orderly and free of hazards
• repair building components, furniture, locks, windows, and trim
• ensure electrical systems, appliances, and plumbing are in working order
• maintain washers, dryers, boilers, air conditioners, furnaces, and lawn mowers
• provide service availability for maintenance emergencies.
