What you'll do

• Serve walk-in customers
• answer customer inquiries
• provide samples and complete sales transactions
• manage customer accounts through order entry, order inquiries, product information, order status, pricing, stock checks, and transportation coordination
• process faxes and prepare reports
• coordinate with internal groups to resolve inquiries and order issues
• participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
