What you'll do

• Coordinate with physician offices to gather information and create surgery schedules aligned with department guidelines, physician preferences, and patient needs
• assign operating suites, equipment, and time blocks
• enter demographic, billing, and insurance information accurately into electronic medical records
• coordinate with Patient Admitting
• reschedule surgeries as needed for emergencies and unexpected events.
