Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team member issues
• respond to customer concerns
• track sales, cash, budgets, and performance metrics
• support food safety, records, reports, and action plans.
