Director of Finance and Administration

What you'll do

• Lead monthly close, consolidations, cash management, accounts receivable and payable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• support tax, audit, and purchase accounting
• integrate acquired companies’ accounting, billing, payroll, and benefits systems
• lead accounting system migration and build an integration playbook
• develop KPI dashboards
• improve processes and manage finance and operations systems
• oversee payroll, benefits, HR administration, insurance, compliance, vendor contracts, and corporate records.
