The Property Manager – Multifamily Residential is an onsite, full-time role in Sacramento, CA, with a mandatory on-site residency requirement. Pay is $30–$35 per hour. The manager oversees on-site operations across leasing, marketing, accounting, maintenance, and tenant retention to meet property goals. Leadership of staff, financial and operational oversight, and responsive tenant service support the community’s performance and resident experience.

What you'll do

• Operate the property within financial guidelines and goals
• supervise, train, and lead property staff
• manage vendors, service contracts, and capital improvements
• inspect the property
• oversee leasing, marketing, financial reporting, rent collection, payables, receivables, deposits, and budgets
• implement tenant retention programs and monitor renewals
• respond to tenant inquiries and grievances
• ensure compliance with Fair Housing and related laws
• oversee screening, move-ins, leases, and files
• process legal notices, delinquencies, and deposits
• manage move-in and move-out inspections, unit turnovers, maintenance, property rules, and tenant disputes
• handle building emergencies.
