The Control Desk Clerk — Juvenile Division role is onsite in New Lebanon, OH. Compensation is $17.57 per hour. The position supports the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court’s Center for Adolescent Services by maintaining security control of the facility. The clerk monitors facility activity and communications to help protect youth and staff. Accurate logs, visitor monitoring, perimeter checks, and emergency response support safe and orderly operations in the 24-hour center.

What you'll do

• Maintain and enforce security procedures
• conduct nighttime indoor perimeter checks
• monitor group movement and refer questionable activity
• complete control-desk, vehicle-usage, and incident logs
• communicate with unit counselors during shift changes
• monitor visitation by camera and maintain visitor logs
• provide CPR and first aid as necessary and contact medical personnel in serious emergencies.
