What you'll do

• Develop industry partnership strategies for co-op placements and employment outcomes
• build relationships with biotech and life sciences employers
• secure student and graduate placements
• lead employer engagement activities
• oversee co-op matching and track outcomes
• support graduates’ transitions to work or further education
• lead student recruitment and enrollment strategy and administration
• build school and community partnerships
• represent the Academy at visits and events
• use data and feedback to refine recruitment
• plan recruitment events.
