What you'll do

• Lead and support veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, and treatment assistants
• oversee department workflow, organization, and staffing
• recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members
• maintain SOPs, protocols, and training programs
• provide hands-on clinical support with examinations, procedures, surgery, dentistry, anesthesia, laboratory work, and patient monitoring
• coordinate scheduling and coverage
• maintain department supplies and organization
• collaborate across hospital departments. Illinois CVT certification and at least three years of veterinary technician experience are required.
